Gah! Writing!

For those of you who don't know, I'm a writer. In fact, I'm writing a book called Lily's Tree. My new years resolution is to write at least three pages a day.
It's not exactly working out for me.
But I have wrote several pages to catch up with what I've missed.
All I've wanted to do since I read Harry Potter is have a job related to books. In sixth grade, I became a writer, after coming up with an awesome idea for a story, based off a tree I used to visit when I was little. I'm in ninth grade now, just so you know.
It's so difficult sometimes, because I'm re-reading the Harry Potter series and it gets frustrating, because it's sooooo good. Sometimes, I wish I could just ask J.K. Rowling how she does it! It's really easy sometimes, to write, but other times...I just don't know what the characters want to do and don't want to do.
Hopefully, all of you will be reading my books in a few years.
