Everyone ran around the deck as a ship just barely came into view. For most of the men they still couldn’t see it. Leaning off the side of the boat holding onto the ropes on the side of the ship I tried to get a better view trying to see whose it was. People started to yell at each other in a slight panic unsure what was they were supposed to do next. Biting my lip I sighed and looked up to the Captain still leaning off the side of the ship, he knew what to do, he always did. If it was up to me, I’d stay clear but… few people listen to the underage Boatswain

My eyes narrowed in the distance, spotting the ship on the horizon. "East!" I shouted out, "Keep still in disance of the ship, but head East!" People were still in somewhat of a riot, though some calmed and began to shout out to one another.

Men were idiots.
Jumping down from where I was I began to work on the ropes with only the help of one maybe two. Everyone yelled to each other as I made the sail switch directions a bit hoping to get us in the right direction quicker. Looking back up to the Captain I quickly averting my eyes again to tie back up the knots. A few of the men nodded to me and wondered back off to yelling, the other crew members barely noticed that we had already started to change direction using the Captain's orders.

It was terrible that the only one listening Boatswain. It was rare my cre- "Antonio! It's Antonio's ship!" I felt a yank on my wrist, and the Cook tried to pull herself from the collar she was attatched to. I gave a pull on the leash and she fell back down on the deck as a sailor stumbled over her.

Seeing the girl on the leech I shook my head and bit my lip, how could he do that to some girl? I've heard stories about what she was... some men say mystical creature, some say the Captain's slave, the most common was his lover- so she wouldn't run away. I believed none of these. I couldn't help but to stare at this confused, does he keep all women like that or no? I could see she was trying to tell him something was she was pulled towards the ground. The crew were practically walking over her and I could take it no longer. "Excuse me." I said pushing through everyone, I was the only one with manors. Once I was in front of the girl I stood there and offered her my hand and said nothing, keeping my eyes averted from hers.

She looked back up at the Boatswain and then skidded away until her back collided into my leg, "S-sorry, Sir!" she piped out over the others running around. I glared up at the boatswain- I barely recongized him, who was that? And who did they think tyhe were?

"Are you okay Miss?" I asked lowering my voice and keeping it in almost a whisper ignoring the hole I could feel the Captain digging into my skull. I kept my head down still knowing I had differently over stepped my boundaries and I did not want to get on the bad side of the Captain, I was doing good so far keeping an invisible profile and I wanted to stay like that.

The Cook was about to answer when I gaze anothertug on her leash, causing her back to fall to the wood. "What do you think you're doing, trash?" I hissed out to her, and then glared back up at the boatswain.

My gaze met the Captains, "Leave her alone!" I snapped at him not taking the second to think of what I just said and to whom I just said it. I might as well keep going now. "Can't you just do that? Don't pull her around like she is some kind of dog, she is a human being just like me or you!" I tried to keep my voice low, more manly but it was harder to do when I was yelling at someone.

That high-pitched voice- They had to be young, I figured. "She is a dog! Armada!" I spat, and took a step towards the boatswain. I towered above them, and behind me I could feel the Cook continue to pull at her leash.

Placing my hand on my sword I looked up at him and shook my head making sure my hat didn't fall of. "She is not a dog." I hissed stepping closer to him so we were right there against each other, I didn't care, he couldn't treat someone like that. "She is a girl, a human. Let her go." I ordered as if I had the right too.
