Permalink Reply by Jack Tanner on April 28, 2011 at 11:20pm I was in detention one day in seventh grade, and i always did my school work so my teach gave me the first Harry Potter! That started the downward spiral to the Harry Potter addiction, dont get me wrong, i love it.
That was the first book i have read front to back. two days later i checked out the next two, one month later, the fourth one came out.
and that was it. i read all kinds of books now, in the years that followed i have read more and more. So thank you Harry Potter,
Permalink Reply by The person that is me! on February 22, 2012 at 8:29pm Over last summer I had nothing to read, so my aunt gave me her copies of the Harry Potter Series. I didn't want to make her feel bad by turning down her gift so I started to read them even though at the time I though I wouldn't like them ( I was obviously wrong). By the time the summer had end I had read all of the books and had Harry potter on the brain all the time! So yeah It's all thanks to me aunt!
Permalink Reply by Abbygail Jemima on March 6, 2012 at 6:00am I started in 2007 during my third grade Harry Potter themed Library Week.
I thought that our integration to it was going to be graded, and i panicked that i might not get a good grade if i didn't know about Harry Potter, (I didn't like watching movies) so i just read the book and got absolutely HOOKED to it.
IN the end, it wasn't really graded, but it was totally worth knowing Harry Potter! I read books 1-5 in a week and i still keep on rereading all of them... coz you know, they're just awesome like that ;)
