Lupa slowly went into predatory mode as she came upon the path to the Hunting Grounds. She sat down at the edge, silently watchign for prey. Her dark blue eyes flitted back and forth, the rest of her body not moving. She saw something on the edge of the clearing and slowly laid her body on the ground. SHe padded forth, stalking the animal that soon was going to be in Arda's belly and her own.

Sitka busted out of the bushed, tackling the deer that Lupa had had her eyes on. She bite it dead in the wind pipe and blood gushed everywhere. as it laid there kicking in its time of death, she held it there till it was still. her eyes narrowed, intent on the kill.

Lupa froze, glaring at the other wolf. That had been her kill! She huffed and searched for another animal to kill and found none. Lupa shifted her gaze back towards the other wolf and slowly started to move backwards towards her path that led back to her den. Guess she and Arda would have to go another night without food in their bellies.

Sitka saw the other wolf. She looked down at her kill sadly. she looked up and howled signaling to the alpha that she was willing to share her kill.

Lupa had turned to go, but when she heard that howl, she turned back slowly. She stared at the other wolf for a minute or two, making sure that it wasn't a trick. She slowly padded forward and came to a stop about five feet away. She studied the wolf. She assumed that the wolf was female, due to the way her body was shaped. The she-wolf had bright yellow eyes and Lupa realized that she was the alpha of the other pack. She cocked her head, wondering why the alpha was willing to share with her.

Lupa noticed that Arda had killed a rabbit and she slowly started to back up, letting the other alpha to eat all of her kill. Lupa turned around when she felt the path beneath her feet.

She growled to her self, "arrogant little..." she paused looking behind her. Then looked back. SHe bit into the neck of the deer and started hauling it off, little by little back to camp

Kirai trotted into the Hunting Grounds and looked around. "So this is where the food is..."

Sitka was in the middle of the meadow. not hearing him. she was frozen. Her ears flattened she lowered to the ground, here yellow eyes burning intensely but facing away from Kirai. Her tail up telling him to stay back and showing her alpha rank to her opponent though the opponent invisible to Kirai. Growling she was in pounce position.

Kirai tilted his head to the side and shook out his fur and chewed at a tick on his flank and returned his attention to Sitka. Realizing that a fight was about to begin he trotted over, his vibrant red eyes seeming to bore holes in everything they looked at, which right now, was a that was threatening Sitka.

Before he got to her she threw herself at her opponent. The huge creature reared up and roared. It was a grizzly. Male. She was on it back fasted into its neck as it shook violently, knocking her off throwing her into the grass at Kirais paws.

"Maybe this is one kill you're going to need a bit more than just one wolf to take down." he said with a chuckle/growl as he circled the bear, which stomped as it followed Kirai, that's right, just follow me buddy.
